Jen Jones, NCC, LMFT #3319

Jen Jones is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with the State of Florida and has been a credentialed counselor for nearly 20 years. After graduating from graduate school at Stetson University, she began her counseling career in the school setting. In that setting, she worked with children with academic, social and behavioral concerns from Kindergarten to 12th grade. After she started her own family, she went back to work in the school setting where she worked with children who had special educational needs. During this time she worked with a skilled team of clinicians who embodied the term “whole child” education. It was in this special education setting where she began to realize the impact if she brought this same collaborative approach to a private setting.

It was March of 2012 when she decided to start Your Bright Side, PLC. Jen specializes her work in academic consultation, family relationships, and divorce adjustment & concerns. Jen is trained as a Parenting Coordinator as well as a Family Mediator in the State of Florida.
